Download the TransactX app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then follow the simple registration process. You'll need to provide your email, phone number, and complete KYC verification to start using all features.
How do I send money to another TransactX user?
Open the app, tap "Transfer," enter the recipient's phone number or username, specify the amount, and confirm the transaction. The recipient will receive the money instantly.
How can I link my bank account?
Go to "Bank Accounts" in the app, tap "Add Account," select your bank from the list, and follow the secure authentication process. Your bank credentials are never stored on our servers.
What should I do if my transaction fails?
First, check your transaction history for status updates. If the money was deducted, it will typically be refunded within 24-48 hours. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
How do I reset my PIN?
Go to "Settings" in the app, select "Security," then "Change PIN." You'll need to verify your identity using your password or biometric credentials before setting a new PIN.
